Day 2: Plyometrics

This was much easier for me to do than the pull-ups from yesterday's workout. Although, this was still a tough workout. I took more breaks than what was allotted during the video...pressed pause a bunch of times, modified a few of the exercises. This definitely gets the heart rate going! Looking foward to doing this without taking all the breaks!

  1. Welcome to the club! How is the week going? I just finished week 1, and I'm happy I made it! We have pretty similar starting stats actually. I'm 5'8 too but I weigh a little more than you at this point. I'd say my hardest thing this week was the food. How is 1500 cals working for you? I've found that I am starving sometimes! Let me know how that works for you. I'm still trying to work that out... I'm in PA too!

    I saw your post on my blog and wanted to stop by and wish you the best of luck with P90X. The first 2 weeks are really hard and you are going to be sore and tired but the payoff is sooo worth it so stick with it. Comment on a bunch of different blogs and even join the beachbodies messageboard ... the support really helps on those days you don't feel like pushing play!

    Btw .. I see you are from PA and also Alissa who commented above. I grew up just outside of Pittsburgh and went to college at IUP!
