Day 34: Kenpo X


Kenpo, Kenpo. Fun workout, but it's getting too easy. I think I'm going to try Cardio X next time I do Kenpo, because I have yet to see what it's like. Yep, that's my plan.

  1. Hi, have you tried Kenpo with hand weights? I have been using 1-2 pound weights to get the calorie burn I'm sure Kenpo was designed for.

  2. Cardio X is fun! it's a little shorter than Kenpo though. It might be a tad bit easier... I'll be interested to see what you think!

  4. You should try Kenpo X plus, its 10 times funner than Kenpo X.
